Father Alar, I do not usually talk about some of the things I have seen, but, before I retired from the world's largest walled prison, a prisoner named Stan, plucked both of his eyes out for taking the bible literally like you said. Upon reaching his cell, it was a scene that I cannot forget. There was a great deal of blood and both of his eyes were indeed laying on the floor. When we opened his door for medical personnel to administer treatment, the Stan attempted to push past us to jump off the gallery, which is about 30 feet high. Until recently, I had a great deal of difficulty reading that passage because of what Stan did. I still pray for him to this day. Please Father, say a prayer or two for him.

@@danielklee2933Soo sad to hear. One - of the trauma just keeping these experiences within yourself re-living it. Two - my heart goes out to Stan, what was tormenting him? To what levels he must have been suffering to be sooo vulnerable. If only he had confessed or sought help, from the right sources. I always think of those who commit suicide too. I once worked for suicide prevention, when we look back the reason that built up to that level could have been easily resolved. I will keep Stan in my prayers. May God forgive him 😥

This same story occurred in the times of the early church. I read this years ago. I think it was in the time of St Ireanaeus, Anyhow, this Saint prayed over the victim and his eyes were restored. Let’s pray for Stan to forgive himself and his healing.

Hello Fr Chris. I wanted to tell you I have an original painting of Divine Mercy that Fr Seraphim used to carry around that was touched to the original in Poland. He gave it to me when I was 16yrs old; it’s one of my treasured paintings. I am 60 now. I was visiting at a Fransiscan monastery where a good family friend was the superior and Fr Seraphim was giving a talk on Divine Mercy. So timely this talk as always, I've been paralyzed by depression and anxiety the last month even to the point of withdrawing from God, I've made mass and everytime it's been like rays of the sun within the darkness of the valley. I'm coming out the end of it now and have renewed conviction of what the Lord is calling me to.

Dear one, I was on depression the beginning of August, got took me out of it after a few days after receiving Him in communion I thanked Him for that cross and later I could feel I was relieved from most of it, I really like natural medicine and looked up Dr Berg about depression, I started taking 20k uis of vitamin d + k3 from Thorne, you probably need 30k please look it up is very safe, get out walk, get sunshine, eat good food, excise, but mostly of all trust and relay on God.

Very good! I get interior inspirations and I try to conform to them, such as do the daily readings and meditate on them. I use to do this, but circumstances changed this, but now circumstances have changed again and the inspiration is back and then the Holy Spirit confirms it. He did this by throwing this video in front of me to confirm me in perseverance and method, the 4 R’s. He knows I’m attracted to order. Thank you Holy Spirit for using Fr Alar to keep me organized and on track. I’ll be watching this again.

God works through “ the rag tag “ groups to demonstrate His power. Of these “ chosen ones” he asks for their DESIRE to do His will. He even places that desire in our hearts. It is impossible for man,” but all things are possible for God.” And there is that beautiful gift, “ the pearl of great price” that supernatural, theological virtue of FAITH!!!! The Holy Spirit is so important I had it come to me during mass when I was 10 or 11 years old answering a question that I said please don’t let me be here in the end times and the Holy Spirit answered. There was no other talking in the church, his voice came forward and said you will be here, I know it was the Holy Spirit who else would’ve been there was no other talking in that church. The voice came to me loud and clear me to death, but on the other hand, I didn’t really understand exactly what that meant so it was quite a revelation and a fearful revelation.

Blessings upon you Father Chris. I am so very happy to see you. I always learn so much when you speak. This means a tremendous amount to me personally because as someone is dedicated and devoted to Lord Jesus and Mother Mary. I have learned many valuable lessons from your research and taking us back to seminary with you. I have taken to heart so many requests you’ve asked of us. All you share is really inspirational and helpful. I am more devoted because of the many, many teaching you’ve given. I love your frankness, your humbleness and your simple Faith. And, of course, your sense of humor. I love the Marian fathers and I do support you as one of the Marian helpers community. I will get this Latin Bible you mentioned in the original language from Latin translated. I also love the old language. I choose to go back in time and listen and speak in the way language was then.
