Most of us would prefer to be more positive than negative...happiness is something almost everyone would like to enjoy, right? When we talk about Positive Thinking it seems like a soft and fluffy term, like putting on rose-colored glasses.

Thanks for this great video! I try to start my day with small things im grateful for and it has helped when im in a spiral of anxiety and negativity, to try to find one thing that is going right. That one thing sometimes leads to another etc so it helps to distract from the spiral.

Getting a chance to look ahead a the chance to change and not getting stuck in past history and mistakes we might have made. When those around us remind us of past mistakes, try to stay positive and don't let it get you. Stay positive.

All that I have in life is here, right now. My problems are all solvable, IF I listen to my thoughts and give myself a little time to let the solutions emerge.
