I get my glass custom cut/ ordered from my local glass company. Almost every glass company local to you should be able to do this.

Does the center bow at all? I'm looking at building a 8w4d6h with Birch 1/2" 4x8 sheets. Kinda like you did so I can fit it through a door way.

The center did not bow. The front and back half of the reptile enclosure are joined together with a 2" wide seam cover. 😎👍

For joining the corners you just screwed the plywood to each other with no additional framework ? And it’s sturdy enough ?

At what particular area on this reptile enclosure are you referring to specifically?

What plywood size did you use? I think you said birch plywood is it 1\2 ?

I use a combination of 1/2" and 3/4" birch plywood. 1/2" on the main structure, and 3/4" on the front trim for extra strength.

@@jordansilotti1283 it depends on how it's built. I use certain techniques to create rigidity. Also the front trim assembly is made out of 3/4" birch.
