If we think in safetypurposese, authorities may find some reason to stop this time offering flowers because the enemies can take some advantage of this offering of flowers in the church premises. Anything is possible nowadays, if enemies want to disrupt

Who and why has this tradition of offering flowers and candles and being sold by poor people stopped ? If it is a security issue then the sellers can be vetted every day and their products scanned.

Why, she didn't raise this issue in the Panchayat before the Novenas started..... The Expo Committee was formed well before. Last exposition, all vendors spoke against the Priest. When those, flower sellers were not allowed.... Inside the premises. Most of the flower sellers are from Margao n all are Migrants vote Banks.
