I also encountered same issue on florence academy. So I emailed them and they requested for the dayta page of my passport. In 24hrs, the correction was made with my anme written in full as on my passport.

If you want a sponsorship job and you already have a first degree you can go for naric. It only takes about 10 working days from the day you apply and you can even do it when you come in.
