I love watching all of your videos, John. Share everything, anything. You are not forcing anyone to buy anything when you show us stuff. I just love watching. I still remember though how much it helped your business during the c* thing. All of the makeup and bras. 😂 I have to say, though, I miss the days when you did the store buyouts... but you can't do anything about that if it doesn't happen. I hope you do awesome with the upcoming warehouse sale! 😊😊😊

John, in no way have you used your YT channel to sell stuff. It’s up to each individual if they want to buy something or not . I love your videos, and the knowledge you give others . Keep on keeping on 😊 Congrats on your sales ! And wishing you a great profit on your warehouse sale .

Been watching you casually for a while. I love that you dont turn your nose up at certain stuff. Low profit and volume can absolutely still be profitable, and those warehouse sales clean up stale inventory to help buy new stuff. Keep up the good work.

Getting a good sales, I’d like to see others, prosper specially side hustle, people that are persevering, getting up early and going to do their thing when no one else is telling them to do it it’s not always easy. Question, how did you organize your boxes your numbers your listings in figure out a system of organization that’s kind of what I’m working on the next couple weeks. OK let’s be honest next couple months lol.

A follow on question to yours about the numbering system is what happens when items run out do you actively look to replenish stock or just look for different items. You might have 20 pink baskets and it all sells but other items are too big for the pink baskets .

How many hats do you HAVE? You had like 3 here in Georgia, its like you wear a different one every day lol. Another guy I follow covered e-bay more and I am not impressed with the new higher fees and other changes they keep making. But there is literally nothing we can do. We sell locally, ebay, Amazon, poshmark.. but nothing is comparable to replace eBay.

Jon puts up a video and produces fliers ahead of each warehouse sale. Make sure you have notifications turned on so you get the video

Toys r us was 7 years ago. Closing in on a decade. Also, I haven’t been on the road full time in 9 years. For those who’ve been around long enough to remember traveling in the rabbitvan, you’ve been watching for just shy of a decade.

@@TheChristianna321 I couldn't adjust a sales tax table it was right whenever they started to take care of the taxes for you. I gave them authority over the phone to try to change it they couldn't change it this went on for 3 months I would call in they would to spend me for a week then reinstate me. Like two weeks after they ended up suspending me for life I got an email from their tech departments saying that it was their software. Apparently every time I went to change it on there I had a balance on my account it wasn't past due but the balance was old like for the seller invoice. So there's something in their software that makes it impossible to make admin changes like that if you have a balance. No one in supervisory there knew that. I would give them voice authorization over the phone and they couldn't fix it. Then they said because I appeal the decision which I don't even know what I was doing and it was denied part of this knowledge coming out that even though it was basically on their end it doesn't matter it can't be fixed

OK - where did you get the Rabbit Hash sweatshirt? PS. Your eBay business is not that small particularly if you ramp it up with industrial items that sell for big $$$. If you get $300 a day in revenue, that's $109K a year. That's more than a warehouse sale!

I got it in Kentucky. The coolest general store I’ve ever seen! My eBay business certainly isn’t small, but it wouldn’t be able to support payroll and rent alone, let alone everything else. It’s just a cog in the wheel.

@@ResaleRabbit how? The warehouse sales bring in maybe 15k-20k for a good sale and you have them maybe 6 times a year. Ebay only a couple hundred a day. How are you paying for the building and all your overhead on so little income?

Curious, when you said that your main income does not come from Ebay, what is the main income stream??

The warehouse sales tend to be the primary. eBay and the auction are both important income streams, but they couldn’t, alone, support the business.

Warehouse sales require a lot of inventory - usually my cost is around $30k. It also requires a lot of space and employees. You can start eBay from your own home with very little inventory and virtually no overhead. eBay for me isn’t small, it was just surpassed by other streams of income.
