Opticom failed? Long Lane/Beaver Valley intersection wasn't preempted but the 324 intersection and New Danville Park intersection were later on in the video.

Just in case something goes booms or a spark ignites they have enough man power already there and some units might have specialized equipment that other stations might not have. The township I live in has that one station with all the fancy equipment and the other stations have the basic equipment for calls and that one station always gets called in for extra man power and the specialized equipment
