Pig Trudy wasn’t stuck, she was enjoying her time in the mud. These feral pigs are known to swim across those types of rivers and that type of mud is just a mud bath for them. You can tell how easy it was for her to get out.

Hey Lester, I've always loved your walk down to the river with the goats. Trudy brought an element of anxiety and relief when she got herself out of the mud! Poor old Ringo, with his arthritis in his knee. I love all the goats, llamas, horses, donkeys, and Ostriches, dogs, and cats! Love ya'll ❤❤❤

True Lester, pigs do not have much to grab onto. I am sitting here thinking he will need the side x side, a rope and the cinch off your saddle to get under her belly to pull her out. Then you would have been stuck and Jami would need to pull you both out. Glad she could do it on her own. Tilly is looking good, she has finally learned to goat.

Quite the adventure. The lower area has definitely grown up a lot of foliage since the cows had to use it for feed last summer.👍🏻 I’m glad to see Ringo was up for the walk and Trudy wasn’t stuck for long.

That definitely was a little scary 😳 And rescuing her would not have been as easy as it was when she was little, and you grabbed her by her snout - remember 😉 So wonderful to see her taking her first trip to the river & I know that she's going to love future trips down there too 😊 Oh, and while I'm thinking about it - could Ringo's limping on that 1 leg be because he might need his hoof trimmed? I know my dad use to raise Black Angus then one time he had one slaughtered and one Sunday my mom as always cooked a Roast as normal. Then my mother said this is from what we put in the freezer then all of a sudden my dad pushed his plate aside. The reason is when my dad would go outside and go into the pastures they would follow him around like a little puppy dog, he had made pets out of all of them. After that he ended up giving away all of the meat which had filled over 1/2 of a 27cubit ft chest freezer. Then sold the rest of the cows cause he said cause none of us would be willing to eat our babies.

The Plum Grove property is beautiful but it's kind of like wherever you and Jamie are I consider that the sanctuary like you know what I mean because it has evolved and it's evolved into something really neat and anywhere you have your animals and anywhere you and Jamie are is just home to these babies and besides them just you know being locked in single pasture it's nice set you get an interact with them everyday and give them wonderful things to do I think this is so good and fulfilling for pig Trudy and the others you know there's so much to explore and smell and they get the attention and the love that they need and you both do such a great job just providing a really I don't know the word but Pig Trudy looks so much happier and excited and out exploring and it's so good for not only the pigs but all the animals thank you so much for sharing these videos and taking the time to make them and share these precious animals and lives with us thank you
