OH my God, it was one of the sherpas who fell in. I experienced shock when I recently reviewed the number of deaths of Mt. Everest by country. By a huge margin, the largest number of death occurred to Nepalis, those loyal, wise, and dedicated guides who often give their lives to rescue us. I am so glad that they saved him.

I have climbed many mountains in my country Norway. It is a fantastic experience. But there is also a great sense,of humbleness and respect. To always not leave traces of my visit. To keep it as clean and beautiful as it was before my visit. I vould never climb Mount Everest, but I would like visit it and treat it as a wholy and magnificent catedral.

Ho massimo rispetto per i tanti sherpa che si guadagnano da vivere portando pesi enormi e aiutando i numerosi scalatori che si avventurano su questa montagna. Molto meno rispetto lo nutro per chi, inesperto, sborsa fior di quattrini solo per lo sfizio di scalare l' Everest. Non si scherza con la vita e il libro ' aria sottile ' scritto da Jon Krakauer, sull'impresa terribile del 1996, che costò la vita a 13 scalatori, guide comprese, ce lo insegna. 😥😥😥😥

Khumbu icefall is mostly dangerous only for the Icefall Doctors. For everyone else, the decent from summit to camp 4 is by far the most dangerous part. (Going by the numbers)

Omg! That ladder is hardly standing on lots of snow. I’m a bit scared of heights, don’t like too cold and harsh wind. Seriously how cold does it get on death zone? Is it a bit easier for a 5’3 shirty or best for taller kinds? Been watching a few documentaries although the beauty is quite there I wouldn’t dare (although just admit the thought of the adventure dies cross my crazy mind). I’m only a marathoner. That’s plenty of disasters right there but mostly mild ones an it band rip, shins splints can take you out of the game, other things but this is too much of a dare. Yikes!
