Self obsession is our worst enemy.
A deliberate choice to continue in sin is unthinkable because we’ve died with Christ and we are dead to sin. We are part of His death and resurrection. Our old self was crucified with Jesus.
And because we were taken out of Adam and put into Christ, we are no longer under any obligation to sin-no matter what it tries to tell us. Jesus broke sin’s power over us so that we might live holy lives unto God.

Exodus 12:13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. Isn't it amazing that this verse is still applicable on this present day of April 19th 2023? I find that amazing. God's word is so pure! All that God looks at, to this day, is whether or not we are covered by the blood of Jesus.

Psalms 138:2 [2]I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. There is no sin worth doing that is better than to be in fellowship with God the Father and with each other. Praise the Lord! The Lord Jesus has freed us to be in fellowship with God the Father and with each other. Jesus died for me on the cross. And on the very same cross, I died with Him. The blood of Jesus has covered me. Therefore, I am now set free to only seek to remain in fellowship with God the Father and with each other, and not to sin deliberately. A deliberate choice to sin is totally unthinkable for me because I have died with Christ and I am dead to sin. There is nothing in this world that is better to do than to be and remain in fellowship with God the Father and with each other. And we are obligated to do this now because we are free to do it by faith in the blood of Jesus! We are legally dead to sin. We are free to seek with all of our heart today how to have and remain in fellowship with God the Father and with each other. Praise the Lord! Jesus freed us today so we can do this. So, let's do it! Jesus purchased the victory for us so we can do this! We can now love Jesus freely! Lord, Help us to not use our liberty to walk with You to sin? Help us to use the new freedom we have in Jesus to seek how to continually stay and remain in fellowship with You and with each other. Thank You O Lord for shedding Your blood for us. Thank You for freeing us from sin. We praise You! And we love You, Lord Jesus. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Romans 3:25 - 26 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. God doesn't command us, on this side of the cross, to come to Him at His mercy seat with a sacrifice. We are required to come to God today by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and in His blood to completely save us. To come to God at His mercy seat like this, is to trust and obey. To come to God at His mercy seat like this, is to walk with God. To come to God at His mercy seat like this, is to be in fellowship with God the Father. Now, what could be better than that? Since there is no sin we could ever commit that could devalue the blood of Christ, my question is this, Which sin is so worthy to do, deliberately, to exchange it for fellowship with God the Father? The correct answer is, no sin. No, not one. Nothing in this world is better than being in fellowship with God the Father and with each other. Now say a person answers this question by saying, Yes, there is a sin that is better to do, deliberately. And that sin far better to do than to be in fellowship with God the Father and to walk with Him. I would say, they have not understood grace. Furthermore, I would say they are not saved, because they love sinning more than to love the Lord Jesus. Lord Jesus, with the help of Your Holy Spirit, I trust and obey You today. I am so pleased, my Lord and my God to walk with You in fellowship with You and with God the Father today. Thank You for saving me through faith in the Lord Jesus, O God. Thank You O God for helping me. Thank You Lord for justifying me. Thank You O Lord for covering me in the blood of Jesus. Thank You O God for showing me my sin and the serious consequences of it. Thank You O God for making a way for me to escape from the consequences of my sin by showing me my need for a Savior. Thank You O Lord for helping me to put my faith in Jesus as my Savior and to accept from Him as a free gift His imputed righteousness upon my life. Thank You O God for completely saving me by Your grace. Thank You O god for declaring me faultless and as one of Your children before Your throne for ever and ever. Thank You O God that my faultless standing with You is now eternal and unchangeable. And Thank You Father for showing me that there is no sin that is better to do than to be right here with You before Your throne, standing faultless as one of Your children, who You will never leave nor forsake. I come to You now, Lord Jesus, just the way that I am, a sinner. Yet, I come to You today the way that You require me, in need of a Savior. I come to You trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior and in His blood to completely wash away all my sins and present me faultless before the throne of God. I come to You now, this way, heavenly Father, which is Your way, freely receiving the Lord Jesus and His righteousness imputed to me, as a free gift. And today, I have learned, there is not one sin that is better than being in fellowship with You, heavenly Father, no not one. Right now, heavenly Father, I want to listen to You. Help me to hear You speak to me? And with Your Holy Spirit, take what You say and please apply it to my heart, that I may always, continue to walk with You and remain in fellowship with You, producing good works for Your glory, one hundred fold, no matter what? And there is not one sin that is better than being in fellowship with Your Son, Jesus and with Your Holy Spirit. I praise You Abba Father. I love You Abba Father. I love You Lord Jesus. I love You Holy Spirit. Help me to love You always, O God, more than my sin? And I pray for other believers as well. Would You do the same thing for them that You are helping me to do today, as well? To You, O God, be all glory, and honour and praise. In Jesus' name. Amen. Praise the Lord!
