The death toll from a Russian missile strike on an apartment building in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro continues to rise. On January 16, officials said at least 40 people were killed in the attack that shook the city two days earlier.

... one such low-hanging fruit, immediate-term sort of support various allied governments around the world could provide to help Ukraine and help repel this continuing invasion assault on Ukraine, would be to *1)* propose a legal *Lien* on Kre'mlin's National Wealth Fund, in order to help assist with costs for replacement/reconstruction today of critical infrastructure and Apartments and food security, etc... and *2)* propose a resolution to authorize *Safe Havens* around existing critical infrastructure in Ukraine, to include unarmed UN monitors of the willing, to be stationed in said Safe Havens. I sent Iryna and Olha medical supplies there a month ago. The cargo was almost lost but I was able to help save it. It’s surreal she’s dead now. Iryna was so excited and happy when it arrived. She and Olha were dentists helping soldiers and their dependents. This is what the Russian world brings

Do you know what was the Army's official salutation? Slava Ukraini - Geroyam slava. The missile Russia launched was intercepted by an AFU system, and fell into that building. Russia was not targeting that civilian building. Unfortunate accident.

This civilian building was deliberately targeted by Russia who hit it with a Russian Kinzhal cruise missile, leading to the deaths of at least 40 persons and injuring hundreds more. This should leave Germany in no doubt about the correct course of action - Germany should allow Leopard 2 tanks to be provided to Ukraine now without any more delay.
