People who do this to an animal should get at least 10 years in prison. The dog with grease on him should have a bath with Dawn detergent. It works really well. But it takes alot of water to rinse the soap out.

This is so heartbreaking. I would love to take a dog. I would love to donate. Maybe, even foster. Donation is no issue. Instead of those new tennis shoes, I can give something to help.
