I really hate fur farms. There is no need to use fur anymore, we already have cotton, etc. Why kill a animal only for it's fur?

Fur shouldn't be used for fashion. The animals are treated horribly and most are highly intelligent. I do however understand that leather is extremely durable and useful, and a lot better for the environment than faux leather or petroleum products. If you don't like leather wear cotton or plant based products not petroleum

Looking forward to hearing about the vet visit for these guys as I don't hold a lot of confidence in their examination by the volunteer vet since the gender was mixed up on the big guy. I mean as soon as he turned around I went, that's no vixen lol. Hoping that since the little ones so thin you might he right about inadequate taurine. That in itself is interesting in that they have similar dietary needs to felines rather than canines.

Seeing the kit’s bobbed tail broke my heart. I remember being given a fox tail when I was a kid and they told me it was “from road kill”-I know better now. Although I think Padfoot (Lupin/Remus) would be an adorable name for the babe, if we’re sticking with trees Ash seems obvious! The older gent looks like he’d make a good Oak.

I do want to let you know that some people do get fox tails from roadkill. All of my fox and raccoon skins are from roadkill since we have so many of each species around here and I know a lot of people who keep an eye out for recent roadkill for me. Although it is unlikely that's where yours came from, it's possible!
