Why not? You can do that in AMOS.

@@researchwithfawad Many thanks for the answer. I thought that this is not possible since the variables (X1 and Y) are not directly related to each other. So to double-check, a moderator can be used to strengthen the relationship between an observed variable (X1) and another -indirect- unobserved variable (Y)?

Sir, according to the reference, point no. 1, when each latent construct has more than 3 measuring items the minimum sample size should be 100, what if one of the latent variable has exact 3 items and all other latent variblables have more than 3 items, can I go with rule no. 1? Because in every rule it is either more than 3 or less than 3 items. What is any one construct has exactly 3 items? Can you please help with this?
