What percentage of the missing data is acceptable to impute? For example, if I have a response that has 11.90% of missing data, so, should I delete it or include it in the imputation process? Please advise, thanks.

There is no acceptable criteria for missing data. Some suggest 5% while others have suggested other %ages. Imputation shall be considered after assessing if there is not too much of respondent misconduct. Like 50% of the questionnaire was not filled properly or no or little standard deviation.

It cannot be estimated based on the values on other values. The response may be removed from further analysis.
