Have you checked the polarity on your transformer plug for the radio? You can usually swap it

@@JonSheppardsells ​​⁠ That’s good, just for future reference the actual plug on your transformer will plug in two ways to reverse polarity as they vary so much on so many different things, it’ll only one work one way or the other, don’t know if you knew but you do now if you didn’t, thanks for the channel, some great info often and always entertaining 👍

Get yourself into your loft. I’ve had to rack mine out and floor it all due to eBay taking over first my shed then the house. It’s great but baking in the summer and can imagine freezing in the winter
