Resepi Congo Bars (Chocolate Chips Bars)

ingredients
- 160g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 90g brown sugar
- 40g castor sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180C . Line 7"x7" baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, caster sugar & melted butter until smooth & glossy. Then, whisk in eggs & vanilla until combine completely.
3.Sift in flour, baking powder & salt. Stir in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4.Transfer the dough into the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly.
5.Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let stand for 1-2 hours until relatively cool before cutting into squares.
