I really appreciate how thorough you are when you show a property. You come prepared and give so much information and touch on so many small but important details. Many other KZbinrs who try to do the same kind of real estate videos seem to glance over everything like you've been there before and in the end make for a very uninteresting, disappointing video. I tend to make a comment for those guys to check out Luis' channel for best practices...to improve their vids. They probably dont appreciate it...but on the flip side Luis could give lessons to others to expand his business. Or maybe they could hire luis to do the vids. Conflicts of interest probably.

Thank you Luís for showing us this property. One question, you mention that the house comes with a habitation license, so the house sits on an urban plot? Also, since it does not have an energy certificate, I guess one can't get financing from a bank? Thanks in advance for your replies

An habitation is not required to sit on an urban plot, the house itself it’s urban. Yes, being a legal house you can get a mortgage for it. 👍

@@leifgramford2138 I remove the price once the property is sold. I try to respect the buyer and sellers privacy once the deal is done. It you get the notification bell on, you’ll receive a notice once the videos go online, with the price. In regards to building more, it’s not a yes or no o answer, you must contact the city hall to present you very specific plan, because all are different and may or may not the approved. Não é nada dificil...precisa liçoes, tempo para practicar, practicar em portugues com as tuas colegas nas aulas, com toda gente na family, com os vizinhos, com os empregados nas lojas, faz uma troca de lingua com alguem (2 horas falando in Portugues por semana e deposis duas horas em inglês na outra semena. Qualquer coisa que precisas...a gente pode ajuda-los. Se a pessoa esta timida de falar...as pessoas podem fazer projectos...ensina como fazer pratos portugueses...falando em uma lingua durante do ensino...pode tambem ensinar sobresas do out pais or qualiquer out pratos. Pronunciation can be different, verb congugation, (present tense, past tense, future tend, command form, conditional tense, and subjective tenses.
