hellow, it's possible disabled 2FA using the console, i activated fortitoken and set to a to phone number i download the app of fortitoken but when i try to use the token from the app and aply the token in the interface does not work.

yes, you can edit configuration file from the console, if you logged in to the console edit user x and then change the token method or disable that.

Hi, in new version of fortigate default user and password is disabled, i will create a video to show how can you reset password in new versions, in summary for new versions you have to reinstall firmware by using firmware image
