Reset Nesting Morning Routine | Getting My Life Together For the Baby

Hey Shug! It's your girl Taj Mahaly and today I am showing a transparent day in the life of what my pregnant morning looks like. I'm really joyful for this time I have to spend with myself to realign and nest. I am usually super stir crazy and constantly working in the treatment room, but I wanted to take some time to just exist and vibrate at a higher level. There is definitely power in the pause. So please enjoy this intimate look into my life as I navigate as a spa owner, while giving myself some grace while enjoying being pregnant.

Ha ha glazed donut, yes rest now while you can because after baby gets here, you will see how you never rest the same. There is a new person to worry about a special little child that will always be your baby! 🎊 My advice is to enjoy every moment because the time flies by! 💕 💞

We use eminence at our spa too, I'm actually a Massage Therapist so I'm trying to get to know different products. Our representative just introduced us to the kombucha line. I can't wait to try it.

I would recommend Vetriscience Perio Support for your dog. You add it to their food and creates an enzymatic oral cleanse.
