All my skin issues went away when I cut dairy out of my diet. One of my KZbinrs said she did that and I gave it a try. Within a week I was so shocked. I didn't even cut it completely out. I did cut it completely out after I realized it helped so much. With more research I found out that 60% of people can not properly digest and eliminate the lactose. I am now obsessed with the physician committee. Life changing!

I loved this video! I subscribed because I loved the effort and detail you put into this video! I saw that you go to church and are a Christian! I love that because I am as well :) I noticed that you start your day with journaling and praying, and I would like to suggest reading the Bible as well. Reading the Bible is essential to the walk of a Christian; it is what renews our mind and God speaks to us through His Word. You may already read Scripture at a different time of day, but if you don’t, I recommend incorporating Bible reading to your mornings as well!
