I train parkour. The thing with training bars, especially laches, is that the thickness of your palm skin controls your training time alot more than your physical strength and endurance. Once you get enough rips you just kinda call it for the day because the pain makes it alot harder to focus on technique

well... olympics have curling, golf and (rifle) shooting, where sure you need practice but almost any body type should be capable to do those and had poetry reading, painting and music (again, some of these do need practice or even expertise in - but at least average body shouldn't be obstacle in these)

The main tenets of a rogue is to be a "Gentleman. Warrior. Scoundrel". Cheat yourself a free beer, maybe get into some trouble. But when the stuff hits the fan and those space pirate ninjas come for you, you're going to need to get out. You'll need lockpicking in case you're captured, and some parkour skills to get out. So I would say this would qualify as an escape tool of sorts. So basically, when the lady's boyfriend you're charming comes to beat your ass, you're going to want some rondel knowledge of how to fight, or some parkour knowledge to escape if the boyfriend is like, 500 pounds of muscle.

Video idea, can Anthony teach you guys to use the Fairbairn Sykes knife? It’s right in line with the whole “Gentleman Scoundrel Warrior” motif and it’s a surprisingly nuanced blade if you watch Mr. Fairbairn work in some of the training videos
