The way these guys instruct is great, you could see exactly where the faults and improvements were in each jump. Mainly that you need to land vertically so you have neutral momentum from the throw when you land. That way you aren't going faster forward than you can manage and you also so you don't fall on your butt.
@carrieroriskany37716 жыл бұрын

To anyone who want to try these out, take this advice that I am confident they told Brian and Jason but not the camera, "Look at where you are aiming." If you look at the target at your feet, you will aim your body in a straight line to that target. Look at where your feet are supposed to go when you dismount. It will help you guide your moment in the right direction. It's true for vaults, it's true for Lachés, it's true for flips. Look at where you are aiming, not where you are going.

I love how technical they are with their instructions! (e.g. Keeping the core tight to land vertical). Context: I've been training for 6 years and have been an instructor for 3. I would axd that, while you can get power in a swing with straight legs, you can get a lot more power by tucking your knees to your shoulders on the backswing and shooting straight out like you would with a jump (except you want to shoot your feet forward, not down) on the forwardswing, then keeping your entire body taught to create a pendulum.

Yeah, it's a very relaxed British version, mainly done in doors and after each run you have a small glass of port that you keep in one of those old globe drink cabinets. Firstly, never underestimate a female rogue! Secondly, nothing sounds more badass to me than a magic mike disguise fooling some corrupt mafia boss or club owner. To put it into better terms what you want to do is decrease the length of your body so you raise your center of mass closer to the bar to rotate faster around it with less energy and as you extend that faster momentum is pushed out further
