Had my car serviced, tires rotated, etc. As soon as I left the service place tire pressure light went on. Went back to service place. They checked tire pressure. It was fine on all 4. They said it was probably a faulty sensor and also said there was no way to turn the light off. I went home, looked at your video and was immediately able to turn the light off…thanks to you!!! Amazing that the business I went to didn’t know how to do this.

Question. I checked my air p. All good except one so I aired it up and reset it . Started driving and it came back on after about a mile down the road. What do you think is wrong?

It’s hard to say, but could be the sensor. You may have already done this, but when you put air into the tire, was the tire cool, or has it already been warmed up? I always try to put air in when my car hasn’t been run much.

How to find which tpms failed?

Not sure if this will make sense or not…. Sounds right in my head. Fill up all the tires to the correct pressure. Reset the TPMS. In theory it should stay off. Then , let air out of each tire one at a time. The TPMS should trigger and go off once the air pressure drops. Reset TPMS AND REPEAT. Each tire should trigger the sensor. If one of the tires doesn’t trigger the sensor after the air is dropped, you’ve found your bad sensor. Also, I always try to add air to my tires at home when they are cold so That I know the air pressure will remain accurate. Hope this is helpful and makes sense.
