Hi Jenna from Ireland! ☘New subscriber and love following your running journey! I noticed you said you carry pepper spray on your runs - I was just curious if you've ever had to use it before? In Ireland and most of Europe it is illegal and classified as a weapon! So I found that interesting but also sad that you/other women in the US feel unsafe out running there.
