You are only supposed to do reshaping after you are done wearing braces/invisalign for more of an alignment. And this should only be done to your two front teeth, doing this with all teeth is insane. Your teeth should be completely straight for this procedure

I think they probably do it as a cheap way to fix any irregularities in your smile. The correct way to go about it would be to do veneers or root canals and caps but especially in the US that would probably cost as much as a house. Honestly havent heard of anyone doing this in Europe though.

dont do it and instead try to learn to love it. i just got my braces off and i noticed i have a slight chip in my front tooth and i think its from where my brother kicked me in the face haha. but seriously, i was thinking about reshaping that tooth as well as my vampire teeth but after reading the comments id rather not. your enamel is the strongest part of your body and after shaping it, it will be weakened and sensitive. eating/drinking anything cold/hard/hot will be a nightmare. learn to love it and embrace it because im sure you have a great smile! take care of your teeth
