This same floor plan was used in their NLV development, the one on the extreme east side of Centennial Pkwy east of Lamb. An excellent floor plan.

Some upgraded stair rails would give home the wow effect. The open space across from pantry, I would enclose for a second pantry.. not a bad floorplan but overpriced for what buyer is actually getting...need bath tub in master bathroom. .
