Awe thank you so much for joining along - so glad you’re enjoying!! I aim to take 200mg magnesium glycinate at bedtime most nights and find that works really well for me! Many people don’t get enough magnesium and feel really good taking it :) of course I’d always check with your personal doc who knows you best before making any changes/adjustments🫶🏼
