Yeah, super value for money. In general, many Residensi Wilayah (RumaWIP) projects are value for money, even those that are at the price limit of RM300k. This is evident where units that somehow ended up in auction/lelong (which is rare), the successful bid price is higher than the purchase price. This is unheard of for other high rise properties.

No more for this project. In general, any Residensi Wilayah project that is completed, means there are no more units left. Usually sold out during construction stage.

There are certain requirements. Key ones are must either be born, staying or working in Federal Territories (KL, Putrajaya). Also, must have never bought a Residensi Wilayah/RumaWIP before and lastly, income must be less than RM10k (if single) or less than RM15k (joint income if married). More importantly, these Residensi Wilayah projects are very hot. Usually, it is sold out (ballot system) even before it is completed. Can find out more Residensi Wilayah projects at the official website: residensiwilayah.jwp.gov.my/ Don't engage 3rd party agents, there are many that take advantage and scam people.
