Now i kinda understand why people really like Rebecca Chambers and want her to comeback. Rebecca has something that many characters lack in the franchise and i'll even say that none of them have, she just gives this vibe of a truly, good and pure person. And if you kinda compare her with the others, you will see why, everyone have such a serious mindset in the franchise, Leon is a Cop, Ada is a Spy, Chris/Jill/Barry [The other S.T.A.R.S alive] are Soldiers/Veterans of War, but Rebecca is young and no agency has done this "Mental Training" with her, and altought she's a Soldier, she is a Medic first. Also, the fact that she survived the events with only 18 years old is incredible, the achivement of being in S.T.A.R.S at that age, is impressive.

If I'm not mistaken, the Progenitor virus is found inside a flower that grows only in Africa. Maybe what happened to Billy is that his captain was ALSO compromised by Umbrella, and was willing to do anything to get to those flowers containing the virus. It would tie Billy's story to the rest of the characters as this would make Umbrella the cause of his life being ruined.

Apparently The monkeys were infected with the progenitor virus, not the T-virus and the progenitor virus i think it could only infect people via direct injection or consumption, and the leeches i don't think they were able to infect her, either all of that or Rebecca got some kind of immunity

This was the last of the Resident Evil series to use an all-Toronto cast. REmake and RE4 would move voice recording to Los Angeles. You'd be surprised at who's in this game...the mysterious guy with the leeches is played by Lyon Smith, who played Masquerade in Bakugan.
