Few more things, if you kill Brad before going to see his poster below the police station's entrance way, Carlos will deliver another funny line, he also should've made a statement about Leon's first day when you read the well-come sign. Last thing is you can trigger the "What's wrong with Umbrella?" dialogue if you make make Carlos wait each time he leads, after he saves you the first time from Nemesis at the beginning, Jill will throw a unique line at him which can be missed. This is just incase you update the vid or do a part 2. Hopefully there's more to discover in this awesome game.

Fun fact. There are Alien references in Resident Evil 3. First being the movie poster scene, there is a restaurant near the start of the game called Sigourney's, (Sigourney Weaver who played Ripley) near the end the final stage of Nemesis almost looks like the Queen in Aliens and on the topic of the second Alien movie, William Hope (who played Gorman in Aliens) was the voice actor and motion capture for both Nathaniel Bard and Mikhail Victor.

There is also a note you can find on the table at 9:59. It talks about an individual codenamed "B" currently trying to escape Raccoon City Hospital and they may come back to the R.P.D. I'm pretty certain this is a reference to the comic that follows the story of Barry Burton holding out at the hospital before he jacks a chopper and saves Jill.

If you look closely at the tv before Jill wakes up if timed properly, you see the original Nemesis flicker on screen. It flickers upwards so you have to look carefully. And Mikhail references a scene from resident evil operation Racoon city where Nikolai shoots a soldier and locks the door behind him.
