This boss was very tough for me. I died about 5 times, then i just bought a rocket launcher for 10,000g and I killed it in one shot.

The enemies on this game have wayyyyy too much health, especially some of the bosses. It’s overkill to just sit there and shoot the boss for 10-15min. Even the chainsaw enemy when you first encounter takes about 20 shotgun blasts to the head and a few grenades to kill the bastard lol.

you have to shoot at it 2 times then punch it, repeat 3-4 times and he's dead

this boss is definitely bugged in the PC version, especially if playing online coop. partner and i unloaded a total of 60 flame rounds into him, as well as flame thrower and flame grenades, and he never sprouted the weak points. we both completely ran out of ammo for all our guns and then kept fighting with flamethrower and he just simply would not die. going to just try using an RPG next time. HEY CAPCOM FIX YOUR GAME

I tried for ages to get this boss, and I did in the end. I dunno what exactly I did, but know what I think killed him. Firstly the blobs on his arms, I 'think' you only shoot them to break off his arms so he can't strike. I dunno if it constitutes towards killing him. Second, at the time I did kill him I was doing the following, by sheer luck. I was holding the crosshair over the part that was his head. It was red, whereas other parts of his body, crosshair goes green. Using pistol it did it.

Yeah, this boss is a bullet sponge. I keep shooting off the bright spots. I ran out of ammo and ideas. I'm playing on the PC btw. I guess I'm gonna use the rocket launcher.

I used all my 5 weapons and all my ammo. And the flamethrower. I could not kill it. And this on normal. Capcom WTH did you here??? RE5 is 100x harder than RE4. It sucks so hard.

it isn't even hard. It's bugged. The boss dies in one rocket launcher in every difficulty, but on amateur you must dump 10-15 flamethrower charges and to kill him.

It's simple : Burn him until the cut scene. With the arms open, use the rocket launcher. In one shot, the son of a bitch is dead 😎

The game is very easy however some of the enemies and bosses have so much health it’s more annoying and time wasting then “difficult” most people are dying from this boss because they’re running out of bullets and if you don’t have an actual person playing and just the AI... pffft... good luck lol
