Pretty much straight forward mosaic puzzle on the Jewelry Box to get the Spencer Family Key, the placing of the pieces can get a bit tricky but you'll get there in the end!

I figured it's not really pixel perfect, I managed to find an easier method: First you need to be already familiar with where the pieces go. Then start with any of the pieces that are supposed to be placed on the edge. When moving the piece, move them from outside the octagon first going inside. Move them slowly until the piece shrinks (which means the piece can now be placed). This ensures the piece is placed on the nearest position to the edge. This will result in the pieces having gaps between them, making it easier to fit the other pieces since there will be more space.

The only puzzle I needed to consult a walk through for in the game. The actual jigsaw part itself was simple but needing to figure out to put the jewel in the box was very obtuse.

Li'l tip since this is can be unbelievably frustrating trying to fit everything precisely: start with the outer pieces. It's sooo much easier to line those up, and then drop the middle piece in than trying to just go like right to left or something and have the last piece be an outer piece.

They should have some kind of snapping function so when you have the piece in the right place it snaps into a perfect fit. Pretty frustrating because even when you have the right piece in the right position, it’s almost impossible to make it fit enough to satisfy the computer

Seems like I was doing it right all along, yet it wouldn't fit so I tried other angles. Those didn't fit so I checked here, tried the same again still didn't fit. About to throw the computer out of the window when it finally worked, thank god for that. Ran as fast as I could to a typewriter after. Horrendous puzzle, especially using a pad.

God I hated this puzzle so much just because it had to be so precise. I knew the correct layout but if you had a single piece off by even a centimeter the other pieces wouldn't fit. Other games with this sort of puzzle at least had the decency to auto align the pieces when you'd put them down.

I don't get this puzzle. I been saw what it is supposed to be but it wasn't working so i came onto youtube. Sure enough i got it right but i can not get it to fit right to save my life. Not cool man its my first time playing this game since 96 or 97 when it came out on playstation. I didn't really like it back then i was just a kid but i keep seeing the love these games get over the years. Ps4 just had a sale i got all of them besides the new 4 and 8 all for a little under 70 bucks. I'm really liking it so far i got high hopes for this series.

Shooting the box should be an option. I hate this puzzle because you KNOW you're doing it right but the game refuses to cooperate. If it's not perfect then the pieces shouldn't be allowed to fit at all. Bad game design on this one.
