Omg, the door comment was so spot on! Also, there is no way she wouldn't just kill them all and use them for raising the blood bath drain area. Slow, painful, torture first probably, and not the sort they'd want. She's so rich she has full-on suits of knight armor and large fancy oil paintings just sitting there in the corners and closets of her home in places where no one would even see many of them! Not having tall enough doors seems like an intentional choice to keep her looking, even more, intimidating should someone like Ethen break-in.
