What will hurt this game in the long run is not making it public and separating it’s barrier to entry. They have something with this kind of game and I could see them adding resident evil 6 style mobility to the game as they polish it. Add more modes as well as characters. I could even see modes that don’t use creature transformations

I agree with you 100%. It's unfortunate but I don't think the game will last. Much like Resistance it's being mismanaged. Sometimes it just seems like Capcom is afraid of money honestly. Simply adding 1 or 2 more modes would add to the lifespan 10 fold.

Glad to see you back at it on Verse. I was wondering, how did you determine that Chris has the lowest health? I have about 4 pages of info on equipment and such, but haven't gotten around to health without a second person in customs. Seems pretty hard to test tho, since you cant see numbers in actual match and crits can mess with it. Note: Playground is super weird in this game. From what I can tell, ASSUMING the hunk that shoots does what I think it does, every human in playground, including the hunks that you shoot, have 550 health. With this I think the health equipment is 20% but might be wrong on that Edit: I'm happy to share my Google Doc with anyone that wants, lots of valuable information that can help you figure out if certain pieces of equipment are worth using in your play style 😊

Honestly it just seems that way to me. During all my playing with every character since the beta Chris just goes down so fast. As you said, it's really tough to test, and I wish we could turn on damage numbers in the actual game. The problem is crits, because they are such a drastic increase that it's almost impossible to tell. I'd be interested to see your research 😃

I just made his build yesterday and today I got to try it and got 4 wins in a row and he's just crazy, I will always choose him to farm points and to win a match but when it comes to challenges then I will do really bad and will end up in 5th

Honestly it's a lot of fun. It's certainly rough and unpolished but it has a certain appeal. It's great for wasting an hour here or there... almost like a video game 😅🤣 I wish people would stop saying "Resistance died for this" (which is so completely factually incorrect it hurts to read over and over lol) or "no one wanted this". Just have some fun.

Nice video! Something I wanna point out is that I know the names of the people you're playing with... I think there's not much of a regional matchmaking on the game (I've played a lot against floridakocaine and DeathNE. VinoTintoArg is from Argentina, so he shouldn't be playing with you 🤷🏼‍♂️). I think it's more of a cosmetic rather than an actual feature 😝😝😝

Nah I jumped into the SA servers a few times. I wanted to see if there was any latency issues (and there were a couple of matches), but for the most part it was okay. It's also nice to be in a region where I don't get immediately focused every game 😂🤣😂

Lol when it got bad it got really bad though. It was almost unplayable. But I did find it easier for some reason. Maybe there were too many PC players in NA

May I suggest the quickdraw army claire build? The damage is absolutely off the charts and it’s insanely OP with viral canisters

@@Deathvidar use every quickdraw army related buff coin except for the reload buff, use a headshot damage buff coin, it’s a roughly a 4 shot kill without viral canisters and it gets even crazier as you add them up

Quality of the game aside, this is an argument I hear a lot, and it's simply incorrect. Whether you like Re:Verse or not, Resistance in no way "died for this". That's just not how game development works. In fact, it's quite likely that the two games were in production at the same time at some point. Resistance had a roadmap with an definitive end date decided by Capcom. It's a complete game unfortunately. Re:Verse was made by a separate team. That's just the way it happened my dude.

At the time of this vid, there had been about a week's worth of playing between closed beta, open beta, and early access. Not much has really changed between all of these, only thing I would personally say changed (hard to say for sure since playground didn't exist before now, so noone truly knew damage numbers), but feels like Claire's damage got nerfed pretty hard, along with her Alternator.
