The comic at 5:30 is how I felt playing this game, and many others. I can feel the badness and tell when someone has been brain washed by the wicked. It always makes me feel sad and I often cry when I have to kill characters like Donna Beneviento, wishing that I could do something to help them.

5:07 - 6:47 I know I'm late but I really need to bring this up. Comics like these really have a special place in my heart. Donna Beneviento really wasn't evil, she was just a person with a mental illness that was manipulated into doing what wasn't right and payed the price for it. She could really be one of the few characters to be spared by Ethan in the game and saved to a better future. I mean, Karl Heisenberg had his potential as a possible ally with Ethan against Miranda, Karl had good intentions with freeing himself and others from Miranda but was corrupt in his own way.

Ngl, i had trouble pitying a lot of the Lords in the game. I do regonize that a lot of them have suffered under Mother Miranda's hands but i have trouble feeling pity for some of them. Heisenberg for example, clearly had bigger intentions in mind, he wanted to use Rose (a literal baby) as a weapon, and who says that he didn't want to potentially use Ethan as one later on too after killing Miranda. I bet you he wanted to turn Ethan into one of his own little experiments too afterwards. And Donna, i did feel sorry for her, honestly had no idea that we were killing her and not the doll itself. I bet you Ethan didn't know either. The only one i really truly did feel sorry for was Moreau, he got the short end of the stick for everything, appearance, intelligence, treatment, home, everything. I didn't want to kill him, but i knew what had to be done unfortuetly. I felt the least amount of pity for Demitrescu, she was happy to kill us and relished it. I didn't feel sorry for the daughters either, they actively hunted Ethan down and at that point, it was self defence. idk call me numb, but i was happy to kill a few of them, especially Heisenberg and Lady D.

Honestly I did not enjoy killing any of the four lords but then I feel that way about a lot of bosses with understandable personalities. Hell it’s why I really love the re8 speed run comics where Ethan goes through the game fighting them in a more mental and clever level like agreeing to trade lady D’s jarred daughters for her piece of rose, or inviting donna to join the winters family.
