Billy's introduction immediately tells you that he's not a crazed murderer the reports made him out to be. He also seems to know a lot about Umbrella, being aware that he and Rebecca stumbled upon one of their research facilities and easily identifed the man on the portrait as James Marcus.

Ok, good enough, I guess. And yet, it could use a little bit more editing work. Most of the times, you skip from cut-scene to cut-scene, even in places where at least a few seconds of game-play would be nice (e.g. a monster appears and then you cut do monster's death - you could leave footage of firing at least two shots). And then (e.g. 27:45) you keep tedious menu operations in. A little bit inconsistent. But like I said, good enough.
