The lady @1:19 is full of it. The beaches in Gtmo are pebble and rock. There's no sand, just rocks. There is nothing stopping them from going to all the beaches east and west of Gtmo. If they want more fish, Escondidio is just east of the base and it's wide open. In addition, the bay isn't blocked from trading. Russian ships transit to and from Caimanera to take the salt mined by the Cubans.

Ungrateful Cubans should be kissing American behinds for liberating them from Spain in the Spanish-American war of 1898 instead of making these demands. It's in their constitution that the USA is allowed to lease Guantanamo Bay in perpetuity. The treaty or agreement also states that Guantanamo Bay can only be returned to Cuba if BOTH Cuba and the USA agree to it and not just because Cuba wants it back.
