Darryl Wright do not plan to buy a house in the.city in a neighborhood you want I don't like or live in an HOA but my daughter trying to purchase a small home or condo in Miami had few choices. it bothers me that she is losing freedoms I enjoy.

I moved into my condo in Oakwood Villas in Bradenton in 2002. By 2004 residents had to pay about $2k to have rubber linings put into the old sewer pipes. County took over maintenance of the sewer lines after completion but no extra fees were accessed. I moved out of my condo in 2012 because within 10 years my monthly dues went from $220 to $317. Now I own a 1950s fixed up Bungalow in Dade City FL for $78k and no HOAs.

Trying to sell one of a corporation that had a 1999 year expiration date writen into paperwork to avoid being a court assessed non valid perpetuity, a lot of peoplr agree with you...votes? Forced? Are not valid, to take property rights thru encumberance..

How many votes do the hoa board members get tho? It can easily be 2:1 if the hoa controls 2 votes for every vote a homeowner gets.
