How to deal with anger issues... Or, maybe more appropriately said, how to deal with residual anger.
Through the last couple of years, we have all experienced changes out of our control. And when we experience outside forces changing our life, it causes stress and frustration. Unchecked stress and frustration can evolve into anger that sits in the background of our mind. As time passes, the things that have caused the stress and frustration have faded away, but if the anger is still there, unaddressed within you And now you are dealing with residual anger, or anger that is now in response to something we can no longer direct it towards. Sadly that tends to leave us getting angry at other things (or people) that would not normally cause us to get angry.
So what now? In this video I explain how venting and complaining might make you feel better in the moment, but wont address the issue. And I talk about what we can do to address it and move past it by using life coaching techniques similar to what I use in my life coaching sessions.
