Manze manze manze jo ! watching this ! wow thank you both - Stella for sharing and to Grace for this amazing platform. Mental health is for real but God's Grace is always sufficient. Therapy has changed my life, learning how to speak up and laugh and although the struggle is ongoing I can't help but be amazed at what God is doing in my life. I live in abundance in a country where I could never have dreamed of working as an engineer as I battle childhood trauma and an anxiety disorder and depression that started 25 years ago. I am not ashamed anymore and no one should. We have a Saviour and a Master physician who will not turn us away empty handed when we lay it all at His feet. Thank you Jesus!
