Heya! I had your First Jabba Printed. It is not a Resin Print Unfortunately! But I am still able to Pick Out and Refine the Detail! He is about the Size of a Black Series or Gentle Giant Jabba! Ironically His Features are Spot on- far, far more superior to the Licensed Counterparts or this Alternative!? His Features are just Spot On! The Gentleman who printed Him Out For me also Printed out three Salacious Crumbs in various sizes for me to choose. These are out of Resin! He threw in a Free Han in Carbonite which is Cool and to Scale. I will Have to scratch build the Throne or Dias. But I’m Hoping to do a bit of a show and tell. Of Course You’ll get a Big Mention! If you compare your first print to the second you will see the difference in the features. Best

Really nice what can be made with a 3-d printer as opposed to the old way of making a master, then making a rubber mold, then finally casting in resin..

Just use a dremel on peg, u don't have to use spot putty , use super glue, an baking soda results are better on white 3parts an figures . milliput works good on white figs but only white epoxy putty .

I find it hilarious that so many people take liberties with the size of Carrie Fisher's bust. I think it's a bit weak since her bust is just fine they way it actually was.

you have z banding. there are a couple ways to sort this. you could try hollowing out the models. to reduce the weight of the model by having the vent holes print first as the model might have been moving about on the supports due to the weight of the cured resin. also check the screws that hold the motor and the z-rod. make sure there not loose as i did see the bed move sideways a lot when you started the print. meshmixer is very handy for hollowing out models and adding vent holes. i have a video for the photon on my channel that might help you. covers many things from checking models and repairing them and supports and hollowing models etc. though for the photon it is the same for most resin printers. great video. hope you can get the zbanding sorted.

It probably is at least due to the weight of the models as you say, since it seems to get worse the farther up it goes (as more of the model gets printed). Also the throne parts were printed solid, making them quite heavy, and they seemed to have the worst of it. That said, I did see it even on some models that weren’t all that big or heavy

The bands look like z wobble, the carriage that rides up and down needs to be tightened. If it's like the Photon there is an eccentric nut that can be tightened.

I think the full size one is 1/6 scale actually. But of course you can resize them more or less however you like
