Lisa that turned out absolutely amazing!!😍🥰😘 you said the lid is heavy, maybe next time try and sit something inside the lid to make it a bit shallow. I saw a lady use a balloon and Saran Wrap, she popped something inside before blowing it up to give it some weight then filled the mold half way, laid the plastic wrap over it sat the balloon inside it. It turned out perfect and saved on resin. You have to tweak the weight inside the balloon, but it does work.

I also made this mold and agree about the lid. It uses too much resin and is too heavy compared to the bowl. One time, I used some leftover resin in the lid , not filling it up, and made a cute sea shell. You made a nice design.

Did you add some kind of sinker to the white to get it to go towards the bottom? I have a heart mold I would like to do the wave theme but it’s like working in reverse for the waves.

It is very pretty. I have this mold and have poured once, have a open spot from bubble right in front of the lid. Tami, I was wondering if maybe you could do a short video on how to fix these bubble marks? I was also wondering why you will fix yours with UV Resin?: Is that your go to for bubble repairs? thanks..I love yours

Hi Janis, I am Lisa, not Tammy lol but I havent fixed this one yet, but when I do I will definitely do the video. I have fixed bubbles in molds before with UV resin and it works, I use UV for fixes because it cures instantly with uv light

Lisa Wyatt Art Thanks Lisa Lisa Lisa LOL I have some little tinker boxes and I have to pour the lids and they are giving me a headache because of bubbles showing from the outside so I’m going to pour just the lids with three different resin‘s and see what the outcome is and one of those reasons is KS.
