The bowl looks lovely, I’m hoping your going to do different colours of mica at the edges and the flowers of course.

Thank you. It turned out beautiful, where did you get the mold? I really like the shape but I’d like one that’s deeper so I could make a tray.

All resin will amber over time and resin is not intended for high temps

Hello. I have a couple of questions if you don’t mind. 1. How do you know if the mold is ready to transfer to the bowl? I guess you would have to touch is but wouldn’t that leave marks if it’s still tacky? 2. I have a metal bowl that is the side I need to shape my mold. Will the resin stick to a metal bowl and not pop out?
@MixedMediaGirlАй бұрын
Yes, you would have to touch it gently. Unless it's way too early you shouldn't leave marks by touching it. If it's slightly tacky and touching it leaves a mark, you can use a heat gun on it to remove that easily. You can use a metal bowl, but it's not as flexible as plastic and the resin will adhere to it a bit more than plastic so it may not be as easy to get out.

thank you so much, this is super helpful! I’ll just get a plastic bowl. PS I love all your videos. I did a pour paint canvas using a hairdryer based on your videos and it turned out beautifully!! Thanks again
