Glad you guys sppreciate our Aussie talent. This guy is a genius. Plays over 20 instruments, writes and produces his own stuff, loops, etc. And very humble to boot. DEFINATELY not a one not wonder, he's the real deal. Love to see you check out more of his stuff. Try Song for Interlude or Triple J Chains. Would also love to see you react to our national treasure John Farnham doing Help with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Also, both Matt and John need to be listened to LIVE. You slso might want to check out Aussie Guy Sebastian and New Zealand arrist Stan Walker do Ultralight Beam 😊

Wow! I had no idea you could "mix" acrylic paint or silicone into a resin piece. Mind blown! I have so many questions and I will read comments to see if any are answered, but could you tell me about the very last clear coat. It seems like there would be extra bits of resin where it lay in the resin during the last 24 hour period. I'll probably watch this a million times, so very beautiful!

Christy 🥰❤️love the colors they are always beautiful together... so you started with the flakes on bottom of mold but in end I can’t see the flakes at all on bottom is it different in person? Unless turn upside down I’m wondering what you can do differently to show the depth and be able to see the flakes down at bottom the silicon was a great way to show depth because it makes a little window down but didn’t seem to work . Do you know why? Also when I was watching at around 4:15 I saw there was beautiful lacing with the blues then you did the silicone Then around 5:36 the second one you blew the blues again and cells and lacing were present again before silicon what products do you think caused that which two colors? It’s usually caused by different densities of pigment coming together or was it from silicon on a tool you used? Anyway love them turned out fabulous 🙏😍 thanks your the best!
@ResinAsYouWish3 жыл бұрын
Hi, I didn't expect the flakes at the bottom to show, I just wanted them to be a halo around the edges - to get them to show, I would just make the black more transparent - that would be easy and probably produce a really nice effect - something I think I will play with. The angel wing coasters show the flakes all the way through and I think it gives them a glamorous look. I'm going to do a video on silicone oil to talk about how to get it to react small or large (this video has a large reaction) the acrylic paint - the mat color (cermacoat) is what specifically helped create the lacing with the blues, the mica powders will do it, but that color helps hold them together
@justthandie12853 жыл бұрын
Similar question, any special treatment to the underside? Those gilding flakes are awesome, thank you for sharing a new craft must have!
@ResinAsYouWish3 жыл бұрын
@@justthandie1285 No, I don't really do anything to the bottom - unless resin slips past the tape, then I"ll smooth it off with the dremel.
