Just saw where you had a issue with your intestines twisting. Thank God you went to the hospital quickly. Twenty three years ago I lost my Mom because she wouldn't go until it was to late. Thirty two hours from start to finish. Stay well. I hope you heal quickly.

Please show us how to do the "door single hamstring curl" from your workouts. No matter how much I wrap the band around my foot it always rolls off and flicks off. Is it the angle that you're lying on your stomach in relation to the angle of the resistance band that will help for this not to happen?

Hi there real question. How did u slim your legs? Few years ago u had a ton of muscle and u looked amazing. You seem to have streamlined ur lower body physique recently . I personally build legs too quickly and I'm a short 5 ft I like thinner, but strong, legs to lookpre proportioned. Did u do less leg days with weights and do more plyo type workouts instead? My legs have streamlined by not doing much resistance. I do legs once a week and do light weights and less reps. I notice I stay strong enough (not as strong as some others) and I dont bulk but I keep muscle. Please let me no ur advice.
