Been doing those exercises on the blue band for 3 circuits since the beginning of January twice a week and I’m feeling big strength gains in my running, especially on the hills. Thanks for the great video 🏃♂️😊

Really enjoyed the workout with bands. Is there a way to modify the activity to get a workout that goes deeper into the joint - trying to target the adductor connection to the hip...
