Single and double legs in and out and the knee drive. But tbh, all of them.

These drills are legit coach! I feel like my hips are not as tight as before. Just gonna ask some question. If I mix these drills into my main workouts in basketball (weight training, cardio and basic plyos) let’s say I do this for like 2x in a week. Can I divide those 6 drills into 3s ? Three drills for first day of the week and last three for the second time? Thanks for the response!

I would add these in 2x a week Forsure! After the first few times you won’t be sore but it will still help you develop those small muscles that are so important these are a great warm up on leg day as well

How would you choose between the 9'' and 12'' band lengths? What is more appropriate for youth like shown in the video, and what is better for adults?
@DynamicTrainingWithDT Жыл бұрын
It’s all about the level of resistance for both youth and adults. Don’t go so high in resistance that you compromise your form. You want good form and speed in your movements
@HectorGonzalez90962 ай бұрын
So will this help with a 880 m sprint cause i need to get faster. Also do these count as leg days cause I usually deadlift and squat with about 70-100 pounds. So I was wondering if I should do this before or just space it out on different days.

These exercises will help strengthen your athletes lower body and attack the smaller muscle groups that will help their overall lifts. Most powerlifters or those looking to put up big numbers in the weight room focus on training the big muscle groups (quads hamstrings glute max) so this would be a nice supplement to their training
