I encourage everyone reading to use an SD Card to upload to Sleep HQ to get detailed data. Even as a free user, it has provided me with tremendous insight. Coupled with the video guides, I've been able to tune in my machine to achieve better results.

Just thought I would let everybody know. I have a mate that had bad snoring and after letting him know, many times, he should get it looked at, he eventually got a machine, that was still not working and had to go into emergency surgery to clear calcified nasal airways. The Doc said he was lucky to be alive, because, even with machine he was having very bad events. Good news, on machine and operation, treatment is working correctly now. Thanks to this channel, I knew to keep telling him to sort it out. Might have saved a life 👍🏻Keep up the good work😊.

I have mild sleep apnoea, but sleep terrible without cpap machine. My reports show I mainly have central/non-obstructive rather than obstructive apnoea’s. I spoke to my consultant, but they said as my apnoea was so mild it was nothing to worry about. Learning more about it would be useful.

What is the difference between the ResMed AirCurve11 ASV and the ResMed AirSense 11 Autoset? Maybe you could do a video on the differences .. if there are any :-) Cheers and thanks for all the great content.

Aircurve 11 asv is a whole different animal compared to airsense or obstructive apnea. I have the aurcurve 11 asv due to my central apnea. My brain tells my lungs to stop working while I sleep

I JUST got this machine 2 days ago (upgraded from BiPap as that wasn’t controlling things) and it is FABULOUS. My AHI is 0.3 now! I need to get the Nonin Pulse Oximeter that goes with the Software of this machine and pairs with it. Any of the rings are just too big for my finger. I can’t wait to try the Hans Solo mask!

Have you any way to darken the contrast on the inset? It's so bright that the plotted lines of information are barely visible in this vid. Can't remember having this issue on any other vid before. Perhaps it's something different you're trying?

I have an air curve 10, did they make any significant differences in the way that the air curve 11 functions. is it worth paying out of pocket to get the 11?

As far as i'm aware there are no 'significant differences' in the way the unit functions. The AirCurve 11 is smaller and lighter though. Cheers

Hey Niko, is pressure support min and max still limited on this new asv device for aircurve 11 such as it was for the aircurve 10? For example, PSmin goes from 0-6 and one cannot set a psmin of 7 or above. Also PS min and PS max have to be separated by i believe a minimum of 5 centimeters of water pressure. Is that still the same with the air-curve 11 asv? Thanks
