why dont you offer the large cushion with the large frame?

That's great that there's a size guide for the cushion, but how do I know what size headgear to get? The video shows how to "find your headgear size" but then just says looks at your headgear as if you've already purchased it and just forgot...that's worthless information in the context of this video. I need to find my size BEFORE I buy it to know if I'm getting the right one that will fit. Then it says to refer to the user guide for more information. I looked at the user guide on your website and there is no mention of how to choose what headgear size you will need.

Hi Bryan, Your medical device supplier should be able to assist you with finding the proper headgear size. You can reach out to them directly for a fitting when ordering a machine.

@@ResMed Kinda useless when the supplier is a website and all they have is the nose guide you put out. If ya'll are unable to figure out what measurements around the head the Small, Medium, and Large F40 headgear fit maybe you can reach out to the Diana Cavagnaro millinery (that's fancy talk for "hat maker") in Alpine, she's 30 minutes from your HQ, and ask her nicely how much money it would cost to have her help you figure out what ranges of head size the headgear fits. It's extremely disappointing that you've made a product but don't even know the min and max dimensions of head it would fit on.

So we are to prioritize nose width? The length of my nose is closer to Small-Wide, but there is more space in the width in comparison to Medium. Medium, I have lots of space in the length - but side to side is almost perfectly in the box?

Hello, prioritizing nose width ensures the mask fits comfortably side to side, preventing leaks. For the best fit, we recommend visiting your medical equipment supplier to assist you for an in-person fitting.

How do I get a template mail to me

Hello! You can actually visit bit.ly/48SOsFf and print out a fitting template there. Just click View PDF under AirFit F40 Fitting Guide. Just be sure that the guide is printed to scale before using.

If you don't have a printer at home nor a printing services location near you, your medical equipment supplier should be able to provide you with a printed card by request.
